She has spoken on TEDx multiple times. She is the Founder of Lighthouse – a platform that helps individuals discover their true authentic voice and leverage it for transformation, impact and branding, through the power of Storytelling, Story Coaching and Creative Leadership Programs. For the past several years, she has worked with individuals, entrepreneurs, educators & corporate leaders. Distinguished Toastmaster, Sinjini is also the National President, Mentoring & Soft Skills with WICCI and serves as a Mentor of Change at NITI Aayog.
