The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 mandates all employers to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) and ensure full compliance. Failure to do so can lead to a penalty of ₹50,000, along with reputational and legal risks. Despite this, a recent Deloitte Survey highlights that 40% of organisations have not yet trained their IC members, indicating a significant compliance gap. Dr. Teena Singh
Dr. Singh is a seasoned corporate trainer and academician with over 22 years of experience in PoSH, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Strategic Consulting. She has successfully trained more than 8,000 corporate professionals across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, aviation, chemicals, education, and IT. Our training participants are from some of India’s most reputed organisations such as Adani, Jindal Steel, Raymonds, Tata, Mitsui Chemicals, Indigo, Apollo, IIT-Delhi, and multiple IIMs, among others.
Currently serving as a senior HR professor and Registrar at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), Dr. Teena also spearheads strategic initiatives and international collaborations, blending academic excellence with corporate relevance. Her leadership bridges the gap between academia and industry, making her trainings highly practical, case-driven, and impactful.
Dr. Teena is an external member for IC at CDAC (Ministry of Electronics and IT) and Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd.
She is also an active member of the HR-IR Committee at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), where she contributes to national dialogues on emerging HR trends and industrial relations.
