Programme Introduction
If an employer fails to constitute an Internal Committee or breaches provisions of the PoSH Act or any rules made thereunder, they shall be punishable with a fine of fifty thousand rupees (INR 50,000).
Unfortunately, a recent Survey by Deloitte states that 40% of the respondents are yet to train their IC members regarding PoSH, although the PoSH law specifically mandates this.
“Equality of status and opportunity” must be secured for all and equality of every person is guaranteed by the Constitution. This programme will help you to understand all aspects of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at workplaces based on the handbook on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 Government of India, Ministry of Women and Child Development, November 2015.
The digitisation of workplaces has not only changed the way we work but has also changed the nature of what we know as workplace harassment. With Virtual Sexual Harassment on the rise, it is high time for businesses to revisit their PoSH Policies and assess its workability in Work-From-Home Scenarios.
Through our programme, Train the Trainer- Prevention of Sexual Harassment, you will be able to become competent enough to start providing the PoSH awareness trainings to corporate professionals. Leverage this training programme to become a certified PoSH trainer.
This programme will enable you to make your organisation PoSH compliant and create an environment that is healthy and safe for all employees of the organisation.
