Ms. Shruti Swaroop is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Embrace Consulting. She is an Executive Coach and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with almost two decades of Human Resources experience across various geographies. Shruti founded EMBRACE with the intent of enabling organizations to become more inclusive and people to shift mindsets and become successful in whatever is their calling and higher purpose.

Post her coaching certification through both Marshall Goldsmith and ICF, Shruti has coached over 100 individuals and has over 900 hours of coaching experience. She is also an empanelled speaker with TOSB and IWD2020 and speaks at various panels on Women Leadership, Coaching, Growth Mindset, Executive Presence, Confidence, and Finding our bearings, the most recent being at a symposium at the Pepperdine University, US, where she spoke on Women in Societal Leadership. Shruti’s articles have been published in the HR Director magazine, UK, and her blogs are published in the NASSCOM community regularly. She is also an SHRM master facilitator and facilitates learning programs on a variety of topics including Leaders as Coaches.
