Joined a major Japanese chemical manufacturer in 2012. After gaining experience in cost control at a chemical plant, engaged in various functions including business unit profit and loss management, sales, and internal controls. Earned an MBA from the University of Cambridge in 2018.

Based in Gurgaon, India since May 2024. Since August 2025, has been working as a local staff member at Nihon Keiei India, primarily providing support to Japanese companies in areas such as accounting, taxation, and company establishment.

 

2012年に日本の大手化学メーカーに入社。化学工場にて原価管理を経験後、事業部門の損益管理、営業、内部統制などの業務に従事。2018年に英国ケンブリッジ大学でMBAを取得。2024年5月からインド・グルガオン在住。2025年8月より日本経営インディア現地社員として、主に日系企業の会計、税務、会社設立等に関するサポートを行っている。

Biography

Rajesh holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Delhi and currently serves as the Director of NRM International.

NRM International was initially established with a focused vision of providing specialized real estate services exclusively to Japan-based corporates entering India. Within two years, under Rajesh’s leadership, the company experienced significant growth and expanded its scope from a Japan-focused service provider to a full-fledged international real estate consultancy.

In 2011, NRM launched its Interior Design and Construction division, offering turnkey fit-out solutions for bare-shell commercial office spaces. In January 2012, the company further diversified into the hospitality sector by establishing its Serviced Apartment division, which has since grown into one of the largest premium serviced apartment networks in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Continuing its expansion, NRM International introduced the Frontline Business Centre in Cyber City in February 2013-an incubation and soft-landing workspace designed for new businesses entering the region.
