Anurag Agrawal is the Co-Founder and Director of DataBlock Technologies–a leading organisation involved in developing enterprise solutions around Blockchain, Consulting and imparting Training/Education in the Blockchain field. Anurag has 22 years of global experience in the IT industry, including 3 years in Blockchain space. He held senior leadership positions with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and HCL Technologies for 19 years before starting his entrepreneurial journey. His venture – DataBlock Technologies is the result of his passion and thorough research with Blockchain Technology. Anurag believes that “Blockchain is not just a technology, it’s an ideology”. His endeavour is to ideate customised Blockchain solutions for different industries like Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance, Supply Chain etc. and sharing his vast expertise in this area with students, industry professionals, and academia to build a Blockchain ecosystem. Anurag enjoys teaching Blockchain & other emerging technology areas to students and professionals and is a Visiting Faculty in various prestigious universities and other educational institutes in India. He is also the co-author of the book on the blockchain ‘A New Revolution – Blockchain’. Anurag did his B. Tech. from NIT, Kurukshetra in Electronics & Comm. Engg. (1997) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) and a Certified Scrum Master.
