Joined IOD as a “Management Trainee” in the year 2000 and was assigned a wide range of tasks to handle, before gaining related experiences. Currently he is the CEO and Director of the Institute of Directors, India.

He is also on the boards of World Environment Foundation and International Academy of Law, besides the editorial board member of ‘Quality Times’- A Monthly Journal of IOD which reaches its IOD Members , Council members , Central and State Government Ministers, Secretaries, Embassies, Aid agencies and other partners and supporters.

He is on a passionately driving mission to improve the competitiveness of individual directors and their companies.

It has been an incredible experience to have had insights from such a successful person Mr. Manoj K Rout ,CEO of Institute of Directors, Delhi.He shared his experience & wisdom on his professional journey. All sessions were about life and how to achieve our targets, our goals by maintaining a good balance in life. He shared an incredible insight, balanced perspectives and at the same time taught us how to challenge ourselves at all the right times to push ourselves that much harder to achieve our ambitions and passion towards aim in life. It was a wonderful experience and we found the mentoring program very useful for future endeavors”.
