Dr. Antarpreet Singh brings over 41 years of leadership experience across industry and management education, with professional roles in India, Japan, the USA, and Europe, and extensive engagement with leading business schools in India as a practice faculty. His industry leadership roles have included Director (R&D – US Network) at Lucent AT&T, Asia Pacific Head, Alcatel Lucent University, Chief Learning Officer & Senior Vice President at Reliance Jio, Head (Production Control) at Fujitsu, and Chief Operating Officer at Tellabs (India).
Dr. Singh was nominated by Alcatel Lucent for the Senior Management Program at INSEAD (Singapore) as part of the organization’s critical Asia-Pacific talent pool and was subsequently identified among the top 2% of high-potential leaders within Alcatel Lucent.
Over the past eight years, Dr. Singh has held senior academic leadership and teaching roles at premier institutions, including the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad) as Director (Digital Learning), FORE School of Management as Professor of Practice and Chair (Executive Education), and Global University Systems as Director (Academics) for Executive Education. He is also a visiting faculty member at leading institutions such as IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow, and MDI Gurgaon.
His teaching and research focus on emerging domains including AI-HRM and Industry 5.0. He has published in leading international journals in the area of AI-HRM and has conducted large-scale executive training programs in AI-HRM, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0/5.0, AI Ethics, and Future-Ready Women Leadership. He is a regular speaker at industry forums such as NASSCOM, CII, PHDCCI, and ASSOCHAM, and has led multiple CEO-CXO workshops across regions in collaboration with NASSCOM.
Academically, Dr. Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA (University Gold Medalist), and a Ph.D. from IIM Indore with specialization in the AI-HRM domain.
