Fellow Programme in Management
NDIM offers the AICTE-approved Fellow Programme in Management in addition to its bouquet of Programmes intending to leverage its intellectual capital for providing solutions to the complex research problems prevailing in the society. The AICTE-approved FPM seeks candidates with excellent academic backgrounds, intellectual curiosity, and grit to pursue breakthrough research for the benefit of society and mankind.
NDIM provides an excellent environment for carrying out advanced research, thus creating highly committed researchers trained in the most recent methodologies and engaged in producing original research work.
The Programme provides a diverse set of opportunities for interdisciplinary education and research. The Programme aims to nurture scholars to develop innovative research skills and knowledge in advanced management disciplines. The Programme has been specially designed to cater to the scholarly needs of students/working executives/managers/faculty members/research scholars/entrepreneurs. The objective is to develop scholars for higher-level careers in management research and teaching practice, consulting, training and development & new business creation.

Note:
- The program is adaptable for industry professionals. However, candidates with the right qualifications and experience will be considered as per UGC/AICTE policy.
2. The final thesis shall be submitted after a minimum period of 2 years with completion of all the modules of course work and submission of synopsis duly approved.
Admission Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering and Technology/ Management/ Economics/ Social Science/ Commerce/ Science/ Humanities with FIRST CLASS shall be considered for admission to Fellow Programme in Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade point plus minimum of one year of work experience.
- Those appearing for their final examination in the respective discipline can also apply. Such students, if selected, shall be provisionally admitted provided they complete all requirements in obtaining their Master’s Degree before the end of the year of admission.
Selection Criteria
- Duly Filled Application Form
- Verification of Academic qualifications and work experience (if any)
- Research proposal (1000-1500 words)
- Presentation of Research Proposal (10-15 slides)
- Personal Interview

Admission Procedure:
- Admission (Fellow Programme in Management): once a year
- Intake for FPM: 10 students

- Duly filled-in application with self-attested copies of necessary certificates (Class 10th onwards) and other relevant documents (Publications if any, work exp. certificates, etc.) to be submitted in Hard Copy addressed to FPM-Chairperson, New Delhi Institute of Management, 60 & 50(B&C), Tughlakabad Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110062
- The soft copy of the duly filled-in application form with self-attested copies of relevant documents as mentioned above is to be sent to [email protected]
- Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be paid through UPI as per the following UPI details:
- A copy of UPI transaction ID (proof of payment) must be attached along with the Application form and research proposal and above-mentioned documents, if these documents are found unavailable, the application shall be deemed incomplete.

Scholarship: Institute offers 50%, 25% & 15% scholarship to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position holders respectively during the course work in 1st year.
