Dr. Dixit has more than 25 years of experience in Academics and Industry and has been with NDIM since December 2015. She is PhD in Pattern Recognition using Artificial Neural Networks from Dr. B.R Ambedkar University, Agra. A seasoned academician, author and trainer with proficiency in new and upcoming areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Her expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Cloud Computing on AZURE, Big Data (Hadoop), Intelligent Automation (RPA), Agile-based Project Management and Data Engineering. She is proficient in R, Python, SAS, and no-code platforms like RapidMiner, KNIME, and UiPath. Apart from academics she is proficient in creating Accreditation and Ranking frameworks for educational Institutions.

She has authored books with renowned publishers as Wiley, published over 60 research papers and book chapters in Refereed and highly reputed indexed International Journals. She also associated as Associate Editor and reviewer with various reputed International journals indexed in SCOPUS Q1 and Q2 in the Engineering and Business domains. She actively mentors research and innovation initiatives aligned with emerging technologies and quality enhancement.
