Dr. Antarpreet Singh
Dr. Antarpreet Singh is Professor – AI-HRM & Industry 5.0 at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) and a distinguished global P&L leader with over 33 years of leadership experience as part of his 41-year professional journey across the technology, telecom, digital commerce, and fintech sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Reliance Jio, Fujitsu, and Tellabs. Recognized among the top 2% global high-potential leaders at Alcatel-Lucent and a leadership alumnus of INSEAD (Singapore), he specializes in AI-driven business transformation and strategic leadership in the era of Industry 5.0.
Dr. Singh has served in academic leadership roles at the Indian School of Business, FORE School of Management, and Global University Systems (UPES), and is a visiting faculty at leading IIMs and premier B-Schools. A highly sought-after executive educator, he has designed and delivered impactful programs for CXOs and senior leaders across major organizations and industry bodies, equipping them with practical frameworks to lead AI-enabled, human-centric transformation. Dr. Singh has also published several research papers on AI-HRM in global journals. He holds a B.E. (Hons.), an MBA (Gold Medallist), and a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and is globally recognized for his pioneering contributions to the AI–HRM domain.
Dr. Teena Singh
Dr. Teena Singh is Professor, Registrar, and Head – International Relations at New Delhi
Institute of Management with over 26 years of experience in Human Resource Management,
Organizational Behaviour, corporate training, and strategic consulting. She has trained more
than 8,000 professionals across sectors, including manufacturing, aviation, education,
chemicals, and IT.
She has worked with leading organizations such as Adani, Tata, Indigo, Apollo, IIT Delhi,
and multiple IIMs, and currently serves as an active member of the HR-IR Committee at
Confederation of Indian Industry.
Mr. Vinod Sood
Vinod Sood is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Hughes Systique
Corporation with over 40 years of experience in digital engineering and R&D leadership. He
has held key roles at C-DOT and Hughes Software Systems, contributing to India’s first
digital switch and building high-performance technology organizations.
He actively mentors startups and serves on leadership forums of Confederation of Indian Industry,
NASSCOM, and TiE.
Lt. Gen. Suresh Sharma
Lt Gen Suresh Sharma is a former senior military leader who served as Engineer-in-Chief of the Indian Army. In a career spanning 38 years, he earned the distinction of steering two premier defence organisations. His successive tenures as the Director General of Border Roads Organisation (DGBR) and Engineer-in-Chief (E-in-C) witnessed a large-scale transformation of strategic and military infrastructure across the country and enhanced the technical and logistical capabilities of the Indian Army.
He has further contributed to nation-building efforts through his work in the corporate sector. As Chief Principal at WSP Louis Berger, an American multinational, he oversaw design and consultancy projects in India for two years. Currently, he is engaged as an Advisor with Geoconsult India, an Austrian multinational, as well as with JCB India and Tikitar Shell.
He is an acknowledged leader and an accredited Leadership coach. He is a distinguished speaker AT IIMs, IITs, Central Universities and Defence Institutions. His area of expertise includes Leadership, Crisis Management, Management of Large Infrastructure and Underground Space.
Ms. Priti Kataria
Dr. Priti Kataria is a seasoned global HR leader with nearly 28 years of
experience in the IT industry, currently serving as CHRO at Birlasoft. She has led large-scale
talent and culture transformation initiatives across global organizations, including leadership
roles at Wipro.
Recognized among Forbes India’s Top 30 Talent Leaders 2025, Dr. Kataria is known for her expertise
in organizational transformation, leadership development, and building high-performance, people-
centric cultures.

With over two decades of experience spanning industry, consulting, and academia, she has worked with HCL Infosystems and serves as a guest faculty member at international universities as well as an Advisory Board Member at CrediTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Her areas of expertise include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation (RPA), Data Science, and Big Data Analytics, with proficiency in platforms such as R, Python, SAS, KNIME, and RapidMiner. A prolific researcher and thought leader, she has published over 30 research papers and is the author of the Wiley-published book Big Data Analytics using Artificial Intelligence Technologies.

Dr. Rinku S. Dixit, Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at NDIM, holds a Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition using Artificial Neural Networks from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and brings over two decades of experience across academia and industry. A distinguished academician, author, and trainer, her expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Intelligent Automation (RPA), and analytical platforms such as R, Python, SAS, RapidMiner, KNIME, and UiPath. She has authored a book, published over 30 research papers and book chapters in reputed international journals, and has actively presented her research at numerous national and international conferences and seminars.
