Dr. Antarpreet Singh is Professor – AI-HRM & Industry 5.0 at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) and a distinguished global P&L leader with over 33 years of leadership experience as part of his 41-year professional journey across the technology, telecom, digital commerce, and fintech sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Reliance Jio, Fujitsu, and Tellabs. Recognized among the top 2% global high-potential leaders at Alcatel-Lucent and a leadership alumnus of INSEAD (Singapore), he specializes in AI-driven business transformation and strategic leadership in the era of Industry 5.0.
Dr. Singh has served in academic leadership roles at the Indian School of Business, FORE School of Management, and Global University Systems (UPES), and is a visiting faculty at leading IIMs and premier B-Schools. A highly sought-after executive educator, he has designed and delivered impactful programs for CXOs and senior leaders across major organizations and industry bodies, equipping them with practical frameworks to lead AI-enabled, human-centric transformation. Dr. Singh has also published several research papers on AI-HRM in global journals. He holds a B.E.
