Prof. Aaqib Danish has joined the New Delhi Institute of Management as Assistant Professor in Human Resource. He has submitted his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, with research focused on Sustainable and Electronic HRM practices in the IT sector.

Prof.  Aaqib holds an M.Phil. (Gold Medal) in Human Resource, an MBA in Finance & HR, and a B.Com (Hons.) in Finance & Accounting, along with a short-term certification in HRM from Brentwood Open Learning College, London. His academic and research experience spans leading institutions including IIM Kozhikode, IIM Jammu, IIM Amritsar, IIM Udaipur, IRMA, and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GoI). He has also served as Assistant Professor at Guru Nanak Dev University and Amity University, and as Research Assistant at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurugram.

Prof.  Aaqib has authored 20 research publications in reputed journals indexed in UGC Care, Scopus, and ABDC (A, B & C categories), with several more forthcoming. His teaching and research interests include Sustainable & Electronic HRM, International HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Employee Wellbeing, and Cross-Cultural Management.
