She has a masters in Japanese literature from the Graduate School of Languages and Culture, Nagoya University, Japan. Ph.D. Course Work Nagoya University, Japan. Masters in Japanese Studies from Delhi University, India, Political Science (Hons) from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University. Advanced Diploma in Japanese Language from Delhi University. 5 year Diploma in Japanese JCIC, New Delhi. Certified Japanese language Trainer.

She has 25 years of experience in L&D with different industries in India & Japan. During her 11 years of stay in Japan, along with her research at Nagoya University, She  conducted Cross-Culture Understanding, Soft Skill, Corporate Culture, Communication & Management related training for Japanese and Foreign Nationals working in Japanese Organizations.

In India, post her return in 2013, She joined Pasona India, conceptualized and launched the training Division as Deputy General Manager and Training Head for 6 yrs. She has trained more than 3500 participants (Japanese & Indians) during these years. She is also giving lectures to University Students on Japanese work practices for bringing in more awareness about the said culture
