He is having an extensive background in compensation and benefits and HR generalist affairs, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development and management.

The session with our mentor was quite enriching and interactive for all of us. With the brief introduction of all of us we got to know each other as a group and also our mentor and his background, He discussed the diversified traits that suit each of our career and growth prospects. Also during the session he suggested all of us to inculcate the habit of reading within us, wherein he suggested some bestselling books to read and also the newspaper on daily basis including The Economic Times. We also discussed on various start-ups such as Nestaway and Mistay and the latest emerging technology by Infido (Software AMBER). We interacted about functions of the company and how the company runs. He made us aware about different skills required in each department of an organization. It was altogether a massive learning experience. Looking forward for upcoming sessions with our mentor.
