Freelancer, Lt. Col. H C Chatwal Singh (H Singh), is a certified Business Continuity (ISO 22301), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Professional, Management Consultant and a former Indian Army officer, with over two and a half decades of ‘boots on the ground’ and cross-functional experience. Recognised as a risk taker but conscientious trouble shooter, he is combat and industry hardened. He has operated in J&K, including Kargil/ Muskhoh during Op-VIJAY, besides three other major operations in the Northern and Western Sectors of India. Thrice awarded by the GoI, he applies his experiences, gained as a Soldier Officer, Psychological Counsellor, Para Legal, Skill Assessor, Development Practitioner, Management Consultant and Master Trainer, besides specialised trainings from the UN (twice) and KPMG (Lean 6 sigma Green Belt), to mentor and collaborate with both, NPOs and businesses (including MNCs and Social Enterprises) as a freelance Management-Technology-CSR interface.
