“Our industry mentor was Mr.Gagan Bhargava. Our first meeting with sir included a general Q&A where he asked about our experience before starting our PGDM at NDIM. He informed about his experience at Infosys first and then at NDTV. Also, we discussed general trends going on the HR industry, how the change in Govt. may lead to changes in labour laws and its effects on the economy. He also emphasized on the need for practical applications of academic studies and making sure that we not only learn and memorize but also apply the learnings to solve HR problems. We had an experience of a mock interview with sir which gave us a formal interview experience just before placement season started. During our interview session we were interviewed not only by Gagan sir but also the Head of Talent Acquisition at NDTV.
