WHAT IS TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM (TITP)?
- The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India and the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation initiating the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in India in October 2017. The objective is to ensure that the most competent youth is selected and sent to Japan to participate in TITP.
- The programme promotes international collaboration through the transfer of skills, technology, and knowledge among the participating countries thereby, contributing towards the human resource development. It offers training to the workers for a specific period (3 – 5 years) in Japan’s industrial society.
NSDC (GOI) EMPANELLMENT TO SEND SKILLED MANPOWER TO JAPAN
New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) has been empanelled as a Sending Organisation under Japanese Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) that trains students in Japanese language proficiency and assists them to get placed in reputed companies in Japan.
NDIM has been issued a licence by Ministry of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship India and Ministry of Japan to train and send skilled manpower to Japan.

A research paper on “Strategic Risk Policy: Your Answer to Uncertainty” has been published in the Academic Journal (Bulletin): Asia Society, Economy, Art, Education 2022, Higashiosaka College, Japan by Professor Nikhil Singh and Professor Richa Sharma. The article discusses the meaning and importance of Strategic Risk Policy® around the new thinking of resilience and compliance. It states that the Strategic Risk Policy® must be accepted as a new leadership and management concept which authorises, informs and accounts for Risk through Risk Governance.
