Dr. Rajbeer Kaur has been working at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) since June, 2024. She completed her Ph.D. in Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, where her research primarily focused on finance. Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. Kaur earned her post-graduate degree from Jamia Millia Islamia and her undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi.

Before joining NDIM, Dr. Kaur taught as a guest faculty member at prestigious institutions such as the National Institute of Technology (Kurukshetra) and the University of Delhi. She has three publications in Scopus and WoS indexed journals and has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences.

Dr. Kaur’s academic and teaching background, along with her research contributions in the field of finance, make her a valuable faculty at NDIM.
