Dr. Silky Vigg Kushwah

Dr. Silky Vigg Kushwah is a seasoned Finance professor at NDIM, bringing over two decades of rich academic and industry experience. A Ph.D. holder and currently pursuing postdoctoral research at Amity University, Dubai, she has consistently contributed to the field of finance through teaching, training, and research. Her expertise spans Financial Analytics, Modelling, Investment, and Financial Management, making her a sought-after educator in the domain.

She has trained professionals at leading corporations such as Mitsui Chemicals, Daikin India, and Ashland, among others. Dr. Silky’s academic rigor is backed by prestigious research grants awarded by the Ministry of Education under the IMPRESS scheme and by AICTE. She has published over 70 research papers and presented her work at more than 50 national and international conferences, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge in finance.

Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Silky holds several esteemed academic roles. She serves as a Co-Editor for the UGC-listed Review of Professional Management journal and mentors Ph.D. scholars at Jamia Hamdard University. Additionally, she contributes to executive and online education as an Adjunct Faculty at UpGrad and as a Visiting Faculty at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, further broadening her impact in shaping future business leaders.
