Workshop on Space Industry by Canada Research Centre

Canada Research Centre, Toronto organized a workshop on Insights into future missions to Moon and Mars at NDIM on 19th May, 2018.

The event was attended by invited delegates and NDIM Staff & Faculty (and their children). The topics of the workshop included Astronaut Training, Designing Human Habitat for Mars and Designing India’s Mars Mission. Two Astronaut Trainers from European Space Agency facilitated the session.

Matt Harasymczuk is an Astronaut Trainer, Aerospace Engineer & Researcherat European Space Agency and focusses on future missions to Moon and Mars. Dr Agata Kołodziejczyk is part of Advance Concepts Team at European Space Agency and focusses on space habitats on Mars 1 mission.

The one and half hours session opened new areas of thinking as it was delivered by the Astronaut trainers themselves, perhaps for the first time in this part of the country.

Canada Research Centre is an international organization based in Toronto which conducts research, consulting and education programs across the world. It is respected for its in-depth analysis and drawing deep insights.
