To participate and compete with one another in various contests – and is a platform for students to demonstrate and showcase their talents, skills, creative mind, innovative thinking, etc. Celebrity Night with singer Javed Ali was held on 12th March at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium’s auditorium. The audience comprising corporate guests and student community from NDIM and other institutes had the opportunity to listen to some fascinating and captivating music. ”Academia Awards” by NDIM to distinguished change agents have been highly appreciated by the Industry and the business chambers and we are one of the first- to institute the “Academia Awards” for “Business Excellence and Innovative Best Practices”.

The awardees are chosen through extensive research by our 1000+ MBA students, 74 members of faculty, which is drawn from 19 international universities and 201 industrial houses. The nominees are further researched by our Advisory Council & the Executive Council, before the names are approved by our high powered Board of Directors. He has taken on the responsibility of Executive coach, senior management facilitator and advisor at Think Talent Services. He is on the board of various companies as a non-executive and advisory member, and also advises CXO’s on developing long term organizational capability. Bimal is an HR Professional with a distinguished corporate career of more than two decades. He has worked for Nokia, Tata Sons, British Telecom, Cadence design Systems &Eicher. She is a news anchor with IBN7 Television Channel Her Show Zindagi Live on IBN 7 has thrice won The best talk show award by indiantelevision.com and twice zindagi live has won the Ladli Media Award for gender sensitivity given by UNFPA. Santrupt Misra, CEO, Carbon Black Business, Director, Group Human Resources, Aditya Birla Group

Under his leadership as the Director HR, the Group has developed a strong employer brand and has acquired laurels as the ‘Best Employer of India’ and a ‘Great Place for Leaders to Work’ in 2007. When he took over as CEO of the Group’s Carbon Black business, it was the fourth largest in the world. In less than two years, he grew the business to be the largest in the world through a strategic acquisition. He offered to associate with our institute and work extensively with faculty members on issues like value addition to curriculum, conducting mock interviews, assigning meaningful projects, providing training and development, and exposure to application oriented learning and bring about tremendous enrichment of skill sets of students and spearheading their career progression.

She is author/co-author of publications on sustainable development, she is also a popular speaker on sustainability and transparency issues in India and internationally. Priya Kumar, Motivational Speakere

She is an Indian motivational speaker, corporate trainer, columnist, radio jockey and author. Priya Kumar has been awarded as the Women Leader in India, writer’s category. Her expertise are corporate training, leadership, motivation, team-building, and personal breakthrough. She engages people in activities like fire walking, glass walking, steel bar bending and board break for strengthening their body and mind, all for attaining peak performance in life. All her sessions are based on experiential learning where people learn lessons not via theory or lectures but by direct experience of the concept. Priya’s writing style is compared to that of Paulo Coelho and Deepak Chopra. She confirmed her support to NDIM in any capacity which would bring immense benefits to the faculty and student fraternity of NDIM. A true innovation generalist, David leads innovation projects and workshops, conducts innovation audits, and advises top management on corporate innovation policy, programs and structures.
