Session 1 Skills for Effective Teaching and Mentoring of Future Leaders

  The FDP started with an interesting orientation activity. The activity, did not just help in breaking the ice between participants but also gave some food for thought and evoked intense deliberation. 
Session 2 Technology Vision 2035 Document
Moderator Prabhat Ranjan, Executive Director, TIFAC, Ministry of Science and Technology
  Dr. Ranjan presented the Technology Vision 2035 Document and emphasized on the significance of technology in education.
Session 3 Inculcating New Knowledge in the course and Writing of Research Proposals for External / Government Grants
Moderator  B S Satyanaryan, Vice Chancellor, BML Munjal University
  Dr Satyanaryan elaborated the essence of new knowledge and how it could be included in the course curricula. He emphasized on the 5-I model of pedagogy that includes Information, Inquiry, Innovation, Implementation and Impact and also shared some important tips about effective research proposal writing. 
Session 4 Managing Relationships with Management and Colleagues

  Prof. Mittal underscored the significance of unambiguous communication between employer and employees
Day 2 Session 1 Involvement in MOOCs and Lecture Preparation Through other Online Resources

  Mr. Mehra spoke about Involvement in MOOCs and Lecture preparation through other online resources. 
Session 2 Awareness of Teaching Values, its Roles, Time and Stress Management
Moderator Beni Kinha, Founder Nectar Factor 
  Mr. Kinha stressed on value education and shared some simple tips for effective time and stress management. During this session, participants learnt about healthy food habits, life style changes and the art of prioritizing goals. 
Session 3 Importance of Quality Education and the Areas of Teaching and Pedagogy
Moderator V M Bansal, Chairman, New Delhi Institute of Management
  Mr. Bansal emphasized on the significance of dedication among teachers and their pivotal role in building a good society. 
Day 3 Session 1 Understanding and Mentoring of Students and Delivering Success Stories of Companies, Nobel Laureates During Off Class Sessions
Moderator Vishal Sehgal, Founder, Nischay Educorp
  Mr. Sehgal spoke about delivering success stories of companies and Nobel laureates during off class sessions in order to encourage students to set goals and strive hard to achieve them. He further elaborated the difference between a teacher and a mentor and explained how a teacher can become a mentor. 
Session 2 Plagiarism: Awareness, Avoidance and Publication in Reputed Journals
Moderator Sanjiv Goswami, MD, Springer Nature and Arinda Bose, Springer Nature
  Several key issues pertaining to publication, including plagiarism and ethics in publication, were discussed at length. Mr. Bose stressed on the issue of plagiarism in publication and shared various methods to refrain from it.
Session 3 Presenting/ Engaging Lecture and Motivating Students for Doubt Raising and Idea Sharing
Moderator Sapna Rakesh, Director IMS, Ghaziabad (UC Campus)
  Dr. Sapna Rakesh explained how lectures can be made more engaging for students and how teachers can motivate students for doubt raising and idea sharing. She also explained the typology of learners (activists, reflectors, theorists and pragmatics) and with the help of a hand on group activity, elaborated how teachers can adapt their teaching style according to the learning styles of different students.
Day 4 Session 1 Writing of Research/Review Papers for Conferences/Journals and writing of Short Articles/Chapters or Books
Moderator S S Agarwal, Director General, KIIT Group of Institutions
  Prof. Agarwal discussed various types of writings including, Research/Review papers writing for Conferences/Journals and short articles/ chapters/books writing etc. 
Session 2 Ways of Effective Teaching
Moderator Kamlesh Mishra, Vice Chancellor, Ansal University
  Dr. Mishra involved all participants in an interactive discussion on effective teaching.
Session 3 Involvement in Social Activities along with Students and Attending Conferences/Workshopsat National/International Level
Moderator J D S Panwar, Chancellor, Venkateshwara Open University
   Prof. Panwar first talked about the importance of Involvement in social activities along with students and then elaborated few important key points for budding conference/ workshop attendees to ensure better responseto their work.
Day 5 Session 1 Accreditation 
Moderator N K Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Himalayan Garhwal University and Devendra Pathak, Vice Chancellor, Sanskriti University
  Prof. N K Sinha explained the whole process of getting accreditation from NAAC or other accreditation bodies. Afterwards, participants were divided into five groups and each group was asked to make a brief group presentation. Along with the presentation, participants were also given multiple options type individual assessment test. Each participant was evaluated individually on the basis of his/her cumulative scores.  
Valedictory Session Manpreet Singh Manna, President, CEGR and Director, AICTE
  The FDP ended with a valedictory speech by Dr. Manpreet Singh Manna and he introduced participants to AICTE and MHRD’s newly launched virtual education initiative SWAYAM.
